• The trip will commence once full payment has been received. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.

• In exceptional cases, if the hotel mentioned is unavailable, we may transfer you to a similar hotel.

• You must present valid identification at check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted)

• The day-by-day itinerary for the Ladakh Bike Trip may change during the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or other unforeseen issues.

• We shall not be responsible for any changes to the itinerary for the Ladakh Bike Trip due to landslides, flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.

• If you cancel your trip midway for any reason, the remaining amount will be non-refundable.

• Adventure activities (ATV rides, river rafting, zip-lining, etc.) are not included and are chargeable.

• Fuel is NOT included if you are bringing your bike.

• Riding gear, such as jackets, knee guards, and ankle guards, is not provided; please bring your own for safety.

• The company will not provide any Refund or Compensation for unused services/transportation in any circumstance.

• The client should bear any increase in cost due to a medical emergency.

• If the transport cost or accommodation increases unexpectedly during the trip (including fuel surcharge), this will affect the price.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to modify the program and timings outlined in the itinerary.

• Guests shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear, to an asset.

• Acclimatise properly to avoid altitude sickness; follow the guide’s instructions.

• Always wear a helmet and follow safety protocols when riding.

• Carry basic medications, sunscreen, and a personal water bottle.

• Keep cash handy, as ATMs are limited outside Leh.

• Rates will be different for foreign tourists. Kindly contact us for more information.

• We will not pay, reimburse, or cover losses, nor accept any responsibility for activities that occur due to circumstances beyond our control. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we cannot avoid, even after taking all necessary precautions. Such events include, but are not limited to, airport closures, war, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, illness, death, injury, burglary, and bad weather.

• For fixed departures, if you prefer a private vehicle, please notify us. An additional cost will apply.

• A minimum of 3 participants is required to confirm a group departure. If fewer than 3, the tour may be cancelled without prior notice.

• Final vehicle selection is made by the operations team, based on practicality and availability.

• Drivers act as local coordinators for group tours. Separate tour guides are not included unless arranged in advance.

• Stays are provided on a double/triple/quad sharing basis, depending on the number of travellers and accommodation availability.

• Room heaters and hot water may be available for a limited time or at an additional cost.

• Buffet meals will be served during fixed hours (08:00–9:30 AM for breakfast and 08:30–10:00 PM for dinner). Takeaway or packed meals will not be provided.

• Valid for Indian nationals with a valid government-issued ID.

• Not valid for citizens of Bangladesh, Pakistan, or China due to regional travel restrictions.

• Travel insurance is not included in the Ladakh Trip but is strongly recommended (covering evacuation, hospitalisation, and baggage).

• Electricity and water supply can be inconsistent, especially in winter.

• No refunds will be provided for unused services or changes caused by weather, roadblocks, or personal issues.

• All sightseeing entries (monasteries, parks, etc.) are subject to operational hours and weather conditions.

• No compensation will be provided for flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to natural or political reasons.

• The tour begins only after full payment is received.

• The day-wise schedule may be subject to change due to traffic regulations, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

• Postponement is permitted only in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. Otherwise, no date changes are allowed.

• Any damage to property (beyond regular use) caused by a guest will be chargeable.

• Rates are subject to change until full payment is made.

• Foreign tourists must contact us for customised pricing and support.

• In the event of events beyond our control (such as war, natural disasters, terrorism, or illness), we are not liable for any loss or delay.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.

• In such situations, guests will have the option to reschedule their trip to a future date; however, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.

• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• Cancellations made between 11 and 20 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total package cost.

• No Refund: Less than 10 days.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip start date.

Note: The details provided in the itinerary are for reference only and may be updated or modified without prior notice depending on operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

• All shared itineraries are indicative and meant to give a general overview of the journey.

• Weather, road conditions, health of travellers, or unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the itinerary before or during the trip.

• We reserve the right to modify or reschedule the itinerary at any point to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all participants.

• Changes or cancellations made after the trip has begun may incur penalties.

• No refunds will be issued for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary withdrawals.

• The company reserves the right to terminate or cancel the trip at any point if outstanding payments are not cleared on or before the arrival date.

• We are not liable for any delays, changes, or losses arising due to, Natural disasters (landslides, avalanches, floods, etc), Accidents, medical emergencies, illness, Political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, Vehicle breakdowns, mechanical issues, or transport delays, Flight cancellations or air travel disruptions, Acts of God or any force majeure situations.

• Any additional costs incurred due to rerouting or emergency itinerary changes made for safety reasons must be borne by the guest.

• Travel insurance is not included in the package. We strongly advise guests to arrange comprehensive travel insurance in their home country covering:

• Medical emergencies and evacuation

• Theft or loss of belongings

• Trip delays or cancellations

• Travellers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal items for the entire duration of the trip.
