• This is a remote, high-altitude, off-road journey. Expect narrow, icy, and unpaved roads, including sections with flowing water or rubble. Please ensure you're comfortable with such terrain.

• Some sightseeing spots may be skipped due to snowfall, adverse weather conditions, or road closures. Sightseeing may be rearranged or omitted depending on time and safety considerations.

• If roads are blocked during the journey, we will take the safest alternative route or halt, depending on the situation. Any additional expenses for alternative stays or route changes due to unforeseen circumstances will be the traveller’s responsibility.

• A Trip Captain is provided only if required, typically for larger groups. A Trip Captain is not usually assigned for private or smaller groups unless specifically requested in advance.

• All travellers are required to report at the designated standard pickup and drop-off locations; no alternate points will be provided.

• For fixed departures, if you prefer a private vehicle, please let us know. An additional cost will apply.

• A minimum of 3 participants is required to confirm a group departure. If fewer than 3, the tour may be cancelled without prior notice.

• Vehicles are assigned based on group size and availability:

• 1–3 people: Sedan (Dzire/Etios or similar)

• 4–7 people: SUV (Innova/Xylo/Scorpio/Ertiga or similar)

• 8+ people: Tempo Traveller (Non-AC)

• Final vehicle selection is made by the operations team, based on practicality and availability.

• Drivers act as local coordinators for group tours. Separate tour guides are not included unless arranged in advance.

• Stays are provided on a double/triple/quad sharing basis, depending on the number of travellers and accommodation availability.

• Hotels in Kinnaur valley may offer eco-friendly dry toilets during the winter months, when frozen pipelines prevent the use of traditional toilets.

• Only common washrooms are available at some winter accommodations.

• Room heaters and hot water may be available for a limited time or at an additional cost.

• In case the listed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

• Breakfast and dinner are provided and will be served at your accommodation.

• Lunch, bottled water, and snacks are not part of the package.

• Buffet meals will be served during fixed hours (08:00–9:30 AM for breakfast and 08:30–10:00 PM for dinner). Takeaway or packed meals will not be provided.

• Valid for Indian nationals with a valid government-issued ID.

• Not valid for citizens of Bangladesh, Pakistan, or China due to regional travel restrictions.

• Travel insurance isn’t included, but it’s highly recommended. (covering evacuation, hospitalisation, and baggage).

• Electricity and water supply can be inconsistent, especially in winter.

• Carrying your luggage might be necessary due to staff unavailability in remote areas.

• Unused services are non-refundable or missed activities due to weather, roadblocks, or personal circumstances.

• All sightseeing entries (monasteries, parks, etc.) are subject to operational hours and weather conditions.

• No compensation will be provided for flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to natural or political reasons.

• The tour begins only after full payment is received.

• Guests may need to trek 05–10 minutes to reach certain homestays or accommodations.

• The day-wise schedule may be subject to change due to traffic regulations, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

• Postponement is permitted only in cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. Otherwise, no date changes are permitted.

• Kinnaur Valley is a remote destination renowned for its rugged terrain and untouched beauty, ideal for travellers seeking authentic, unfiltered adventures, rather than luxury comforts.

• Any damage to property (beyond regular use) caused by a guest will be chargeable.

• Rates are subject to change until full payment is made.

• Foreign tourists must contact us for customised pricing and support.

• In the event of events beyond our control (such as war, natural disasters, terrorism, or illness), we are not liable for any loss or delay.

• No sightseeing outside the planned itinerary is included. Extra services will be chargeable.

• All shared itineraries are indicative and meant to give a general overview of the journey.

• Weather, road conditions, health of travellers, or unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the itinerary before or during the trip.

• We reserve the right to modify or reschedule the itinerary at any point to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all participants.

• Changes or cancellations made after the trip has begun may incur penalties.

• Refunds will not be provided for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary withdrawals.

• The company reserves the right to terminate or cancel the trip at any point if outstanding payments are not cleared on or before the arrival date.

• We are not liable for any delays, changes, or losses arising due to Natural disasters (landslides, avalanches, floods, etc), Accidents, medical emergencies, illness, Political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, Vehicle breakdowns, mechanical issues, or transport delays, Flight cancellations or air travel disruptions, Acts of God or any force majeure situations.

• Any additional costs incurred due to rerouting or emergency itinerary changes made for safety reasons must be borne by the guest.

• The package does not include travel insurance. We strongly advise guests to arrange comprehensive travel insurance in their home country covering:

• Medical emergencies and evacuation

• Theft or loss of belongings.

• Trip delays or cancellations

• Travellers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal items for the entire duration of the trip.

• If unexpected situations arise, like natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.

• In such situations, guests will have the option to reschedule their trip to a future date; however, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.

• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• If you cancel between 11 and 20 days before departure, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the total package cost.

• No Refund: Less than 10 days.

• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip start date are non-refundable.
