In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.
In such situations, guests may reschedule their trip to a future date, but we will issue no refunds under any circumstances.
If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.
For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Cancellations made between 11 to 20 days before the trip date will get a 50% refund of the total package cost.
No Refund: Less than 10 days. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 10 days before the departure date.
The refund will be processed within 24 hours and will reflect in your bank account within 48 hours.
