• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.

• In such situations, guests may reschedule their trip to a future date, but we will issue no refunds under any circumstances.

If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.

• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• Cancellations made between 11 to 20 days before the trip date will get a 50% refund of the total package cost.

• No Refund: Less than 10 days. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 10 days before the departure date. 

• The refund will be processed within 24 hours and will reflect in your bank account within 48 hours.
