• Follow Cruise Policies: Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the cruise for your safety and comfort.

• Room Security: Always keep the windows and doors of your cabin closed when you are not inside or during nighttime.

• Responsible Drinking: Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly while on board.

• Safety Drills: Pay close attention to the safety drill and instructions conducted before departure; this is vital in case of emergencies.
  Advance Booking: Book your cabins in advance to avoid last-minute hassles and secure your preferred accommodation.

• Carry Important Documents: Keep your key card, package voucher, ID, and other essential documents with you at all times.

• Sea Sickness: If you feel unwell, promptly approach the onboard medical team or any crew member for assistance.

• Medical Disclosure: Inform the cruise staff of any pre-existing or underlying medical conditions before boarding.

• Health & Safety Protocols:

• Social distancing is enforced throughout the cruise.

• Frequent hand sanitisation and mask usage are strongly recommended.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.

• In such situations, guests will have the option to reschedule their trip to a future date, but no refunds will be issued under any condition.

If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.

• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• Cancellations made between 11 to 20 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total package cost.

• No Refund: Less than 10 days.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip start date.
