• In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.

• In such situations, guests will have the option to reschedule their trip to a future date, but no refunds will be issued under any condition.

If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.

• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• Cancellations made between 11 and 20 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total package cost.

• No Refund: Less than 10 days.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip start date.

Note: The details provided in the itinerary are for reference only and may be updated or modified without prior notice depending on operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

• The trip will start after the full payment. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.

• In exceptional cases, if the hotel mentioned is unavailable, we may transfer you to a similar hotel.

• You must bring proof of valid identification at the time of check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted)

• The sequence of the day-wise itinerary for the Barot Valley Package may change during the trip, depending on restrictions or any other unknown issues.

• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary for the Barot Valley Package due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.

• If you cancel your trip midway for any reason, the remaining amount will be non-refundable.

• The company will not provide any Refund or Compensation for unused services/transportation in any circumstance.

• The client should bear any increase in cost due to a medical emergency.

• If the transport cost during the trip (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation increases unexpectedly, this will affect the price.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have to change the program and timings given in the itinerary.

• Guests shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear, to an asset.

• Rates will be different for foreign tourists. Kindly contact us for more information.

• We will not pay, reimburse, cover losses, or take any responsibility for any activity due to circumstances beyond our control. When we say circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event we cannot avoid, even after taking all the necessary precautions. Such events include, but are not limited to, airport closures, war, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, illness, death, injury, burglary, and bad weather.

• For fixed departures, if you'd prefer a private vehicle, please inform us. An additional cost will apply.

• Final vehicle selection is made by the operations team, based on practicality and availability.

• Drivers act as local coordinators for group tours. Separate tour guides are not included unless arranged in advance.

• Stays are provided on a double/triple/quad sharing basis, depending on the number of travellers and accommodation availability.

• Room heaters and hot water may be available for limited hours or at extra cost.

• Buffet meals will be served during fixed hours (08:00–9:30 AM for breakfast and 08:30–10:00 PM for dinner). Takeaway or packed meals will not be provided.

• Valid for Indian nationals with a valid government-issued ID.

• Travel insurance is not included in the Barot Valley Package but is strongly recommended (covering evacuation, hospitalisation, and baggage).

• Electricity and water supply can be inconsistent, especially in winter.

• No refunds will be provided for unused services or changes caused by weather, roadblocks, or personal issues.

• All sightseeing entries (monasteries, parks, etc.) are subject to operational hours and weather conditions.

• No compensation will be provided for flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to natural or political reasons.

• The tour begins only after full payment is received.

• The day-wise schedule may shift due to traffic rules, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

• Postponement is allowed only in the case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Otherwise, no date changes are permitted.

• Any damage to property (beyond regular use) caused by a guest will be chargeable.

• Rates are subject to change until full payment is made.

• Foreign tourists must contact us for customised pricing and support.

• In case of events beyond our control (war, natural disaster, terrorism, illness, etc.), we are not liable for any loss or delay.

• No sightseeing outside the planned itinerary is included. Extra services will be chargeable.

• All shared itineraries are indicative and meant to give a general overview of the journey.

• Weather, road conditions, health of travellers, or unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the itinerary before or during the trip.

• We reserve the right to modify or reschedule the itinerary at any point to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all participants.

• Changes or cancellations made after the trip begins may attract penalties.

• No refunds will be issued for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary withdrawals.

• The company reserves the right to terminate or cancel the trip at any point if outstanding payments are not cleared on or before the arrival date.

• We are not liable for any delays, changes, or losses arising due to, Natural disasters (landslides, avalanches, floods, etc), Accidents, medical emergencies, illness, Political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, Vehicle breakdowns, mechanical issues, or transport delays, Flight cancellations or air travel disruptions, Acts of God or any force majeure situations.

• Any extra cost incurred due to rerouting or emergency itinerary changes for safety reasons must be borne by the guest.

• Travel insurance is not included in the package. We strongly advise guests to arrange comprehensive travel insurance in their home country covering:

• Medical emergencies and evacuation

• Theft or loss of belongings

• Trip delays or cancellations

• Travellers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal items for the entire duration of the trip.
